Born and raised in Fresno. Graduated from San Joaquin Memorial High School in 1974. Studied economics at UCLA. Graduated from USC with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. Associated with the local firm of Charles Tingey Associates (Colliers) from 1980 to 1985. Worked at Grubb & Ellis Company, a national real estate company, from 1985 to 1990.

Founded Park Properties in 1991. In 2016 Park Properties became Kass Properties.

Professional specialization in the sales and leasing of office, business park, investment and industrial properties in the Fresno market. Conservative analysis of real estate history and current market trends.

Happily married to Ann Marie for over 25 years. Now with three college-aged children, Andrew (Sonoma State), Katie (UC Irvine) and Matthew (Fresno State).
